Return Process

  Email our team with your order number and photos to initiate a health guarantee claim.

  Expert Review

  Our horticulturists will review your claim and provide care tips or approve a return/replacement.

• 4.
  Resolution

  Once approved, receive your replacement plant or store credit within 3-5 business days.
